Hello all
the iOS app freezes when the email icon is pressed
please veify

We have done a test at our end, we can press the email us option without any problem.
The current Deco app version is up to date; you can try to upgrade the software of iOS to iOS 13.
Besides, you can change another smart phone to give it a go if possible,

Please shot a short video of this issue and send it to us.
Meanwhile, try to update the Deco app to the latest version and try again.

Hello kevin, thank you for your answer, after ios app upgrade the issue remains
there is nothing to make a mivie about, just oress the envelope and it freezes
