Model: Archer A10
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: v1.0.0 Build 20170505 Rel547390

Had issues setting this up but think it's finally working well. Issue is that it shows 0 wired clients on the web page but there are 4 plugged in and - yes they all work?

What's up with that? Guessing it's just a browser/interface issue but would really like to be able to see all the devices that are connected. All the wireless clients show up just fine - it's just the wired ones.

Oh and BTW, there is no AC1900 or CR1900 available in the model pull-down.

Thanks!

@ShosMeister

Hello, for the model number Archer CR1900, actually it is there already, once you type Archer CR1900 or CR1900 in the model number field, it will pop up the corresponding device automatically.

Back to your case; you can reboot the whole system and try  to verify whether the wired clients show up.

Besides, please ensure that the IP addresses of these devices are obtained automatically, not static IP. And go to advanced-DHCP client list page to verify whether you can see them.

Good day.

@Kevin_Z

I actually did verify there is at least one device that is getting a DHCP address from the CR1900. The others are probably static but that's very bad that they don't show up in the connected/client list don't you think?

Any way to correct this? Maybe there is a firmware update?

Thanks!!

@ShosMeister

The web UI shows the online devices with dynamic IP, you can change the static IP back to dynamic IP to give it a go.

If you want to fix the IP address for certain device, you can use the address reservation to do so.

Good day.
