Model: TG-3468
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 9.1.409.2015

Dear reader,

A while ago i build a new PC. Considering my dad told me that we had a 250Mb internet speed in the house i ran some tests. On my pc i saw i was only getting around 80-90 Mb download and 20 upload which is decent. But knowing we had the capability to go higher i went on a search. I found a device that supposedly should handle the 250 Mb internet speed and bought it right away. it is the TG-3468 and i installed it in the PCi e slot in my computer. i started up the computer again and checked if the software was up to date. which it was. it still showed me the 80-90Mb and as i checked on the back of the adapter it was flashing the little green light on the slot for 100Mb. So im wondering now: what went wrong? Anybody that can help me with this? :)

Im dutch, we have ZIGGO internet. And the computer i build has a MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX Motherboard. I dont know if it has to do with the build limitations or something with the settings.

Kind regards,

Tamminga

EDIT: I saw on a different post the following step to try: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2265/

I did this and it said 100MBps

@Tamminga

Hello, what is the operating system of your computer?

WIth computer connected to the host wifi, please click here to check the wireless negotiation speed.

Try to change another PCI-e slot to plug it and give it a go.

Any updates, please let us know.

Good day.

@Tamminga

Hello people, I have the same problem on Win 10, I already change cables / bought this adapter / Speed & Duplex to 1.0gbps Full Duplex and... Nothing, really can't understand the problem.

Anyone have a solution for this?

Many thanks

Pedro Cruz
