Hello, the default wireless password is printed on the back panel of the actual device.
You can access the web interface and go to wireless settings page to modify them as you want.
After that, the router need reboot to apply the settings.

If the default userid and password does not work which for most TP-link routers is admin/admin (see the owners guide for you model), then the procedure is to set it to factory specs and re-enter all of your settings.
