Hello, what do you mean smart IP?
The TL-WR945N supports IGMP proxy. The Internet Group Management Protocol (IGMP) feature allow you to watch TV on IPTV-supported devices on the LAN .
And it is different from smart DHCP.

It says the reason I can't modify lease times on dhcp is because I'm using Smart Ip which is supposed to be a setting in Network -> LAN but when I go to Network Lan the o ly thing there is Igmp. So where do I deactivate smart Ip?!
The type (smart IP/static IP) option will be available in access point mode. Smart IP is the same as the smart DHCP.
If you want to modify the lease time on DHCP, it is suggested to change it on the main router which works as the DHCP server.
Or you can change the type to static IP, and then you will be able to customize the parameters.

But i don't understand how you are suggesting I change the lease time. Something about a main router?
From what you mentioned, the TL-WR945N should work as an access point now, you can go to operation mode page to have a look.
In this way, there will be a main router existed, cause the main router works as the DHCP server and assign IP addresses for the connected device, that is why I suggested you to change the lease time on the router, not the TL-WR945N which works as an access point.

Its not in access point mode, its in Router mode...and DHCP parameters are greyed out so I CANNOT change them.
