Frequent Deco Wifi on but no internet connection / or LAN
Hi,
I have the Deco E4's with the most up-to date firmware.
Wi-Fi devices of differnet brands and types lose internet access throughout the day (2.4 & 5g).
Tried pretty much everything at this point; disabled fast roam , beamforming. tried Guest network (still lose internet access).
Now whats interesting is i have a Camera system that i use locally only and that will also stop working until i turn wifi on and off on the andriod tablets that i use to view it. I also can just wait for 30-90 seconds for it to come back online.
The Deco network is AP mode.

Port 1---------------------------- Main Deco ---------------- Camera is the spare of the ports
Port 2----------------------------Netgear Switch -------------------- BT TV box for netflixing , CARD machine(ATM).
Port 3----------------------------Powerline Network ------------------- XBOX 1 & Slave Deco 2.
Port 4----------------------------Slave Deco 1 ----------------------------- TP switch ---------- 2 computers wired.
Powerline network connected in port 3 has another powerline adapter with a smart tv wired in and a wireless extender (Seperate SSID, I have the extender due to the a cleverdog ipcam not working with Deco's WIFI.)

Same problem here. Worked for a month or two, now suddenly all my devices get frequently disconnected from Internet yet they are still connected to the deco. It just says: no Internet. Happens to 2 iPhone 11 pros, 1 iMac, 1 MacBook Air.
Such a disappointment for such a costly device.

Hi, can I have a picture of your network map?
(I can see that there are 1*C3150+2*M4 under your TP-Link, was the network map like this: ISP---Archer C3150(main router)--cable---Main M4---Wi-Fi---2nd M4 and Deco is on access point mode?)
Did any Deco M4 turn red when the connection dropped?
How about the dropping frequency on the devices?
And how did you restore the connection on these devices?
Would turning off the fast roaming as well as the Mesh technology of the IOS devices on the Deco APP help or not?

@TP-Link Having the same problem with E3. Apple devices drop internet connection after a while even though the wifi shows working. Restarting E3 only works for a short time period. Android and windows devices work fine. This is becoming incredibly annoying.

Hi, what are these Apple devices and can I have their model number and operating system?
There are some suggestions for your reference:
1.Turn off the Mesh Technology of the Apple devices on the Deco APP ;
2.Disable the fast roaming and beamforming on the Deco APP;
By the way, how often did the connection drop out and can they restore the connection automatically?
