Thu Oct 24 19:16:43 2019 UDP link remote: [AF_INET]XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:1194

Thu Oct 24 19:17:43 2019 TLS Error: TLS key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds (check your network connectivity)

Thu Oct 24 19:17:43 2019 TLS Error: TLS handshake failed

This is a very unpleasant situation

@Northdan

Try to download and install the firmware below:

http://support.tp-link.com/f/97caf98436/?dl=1

After that, please take some time to verify the performance.

Any updates, please let us know.

Best regards.

Hi, Previously Northdan here, I did update the firmware and the OpenVPN is working but i'm noticing that my network is now unstable; unable to connect to some device on sec and then comes back on the network, speed is slower, etc! I flashed the firmware, did a reset and reconfigured the router the same as before. Thank you

@Northd

Is there any error message indicates that you cannot connect to the wifi? And can you get internet from it by wired cable?

Try to adjust the wireless settings of the Archer C5400x, like the wireless channel and channel width. And try to change the DNS server under advanced-network-internet page.

And please ensure that the firmware is up to date.

Besides, try to connect the computer to the modem directly to verify whether it works well.

Good day.

@Kevin_Z

Sorry, i did not specify it but the issue is happening with my wired devices. I did not have time to test WIFI speeds yet.

The C5400x is already connected directly into the modem. The firmware is the beta firmware that you provided.

Can i revert back to the previous firmware?

This issue waas not there before updating the firmware.

Thank you.
