Hi

I have a tp-link Modem model Archer VR500v. My Internet service is NBN 100. My download speed is too low in contrast with my upload speed. My operating system is Windows 10. My download speed is about 8 Mbps but my upload speed is about 38 Mbps. Please help me what is the problem?

@Aminfa

What is the bandwidth you paid for your ISP?

What is the speed you can get with your computer connected to the vr500v by ethernet cable?

Please test the wireless speed as well with computer connected to the TP-Link wifi only, and click here to verify the wireless negotiation speed.

Please show us a full screenshot of the advanced-status page.

Thanks in advance, and have a nice day.

@Kevin_Z My ISP is with Kogan (NBN 100).

The speed with ethernet cable is just like wifi. I mean about 8 Mbps for download speed and 32Mbps for upload speed.
