Archer T9E Can't Detect 5Ghz, Can't Connect 2.4Ghz, try to lastest driver but not working.

I think this is a problem of driver and Windows 1903 Version, why TP Link not fixed this bug?

I try Asus PCE AC68 or Rosewill AC1900 (Same hardware) but still not working.

Can it detect other 5GHz networks except yours? 

 

Any error message pops up when you tried  to connect to the 2.4GHz? 

 

Try to change the wireless settings of the main router to give it a go, like wireless channel; for 2.4GHz, use channel 1, 6 and 11; for 5GHz, use channel 36, 30 and 44.
