Hello All,

My home router is resetting frequently from last one month. Every Day it is resetting.

After reset the router will access via a browser with default user name and passwords

I am connected my router on WAN port with Internet provider.

I secured my router with password and restricted  ip subnet with only  8 connection. Very less members are using IE in home.

I applied the latest Firware too

Please advice me or help me to resolve this issue.

Regards

Sreejith

@Sreejith

Is there any specific symptom of the auto reset issue?

What is the led status at that time?

Have you ever tried to change another login username and password which is more complicated? You can give it a go in case other people reset the router by accessing the web UI.

Besides, have you ever tried to hard reset it manually and reconfigure it?

Note: Do not restore the configuration files.

Looking forward to your reply.
