Hi, 

 

I have a internet speed connection of 200mbps

 

However everytime I've ran a speed test from the deco m5 it is limited to 91mbps

 

I've checked my connection direct from the modem provider by my internet provider and I do get speeds of 200mbps +

 

Solution?

Please run a speed test on the Deco app itself and show us the screenshot. 

 

Cause the speed is 91Mbps, we suspect that it is the wired/wireless negotiation speed which limits the actual speed you can get from Deco M5. 

 

With  your computer connected to the Deco M5, please click here to check the wired/wireless negotiation speed. 

Note: The steps are the same for wired, you only need click ethernet connection. 

 

Besides, try to change another ethernet cable to connect the modem and Deco / Deco and computer.

Thanks for your reply, from the picture, we found that the actual speed is normal compared to the speed test on the Deco app. 

 

Try to connect your computer to the modem with the same cable/port directly  to test the speed. And please click here to get the wired negotiation speed.

 

And please change another ethernet cable or ethernet port on the modem/Deco both to give it a go.

 

To locate the issue and fix it, we need more details.
