How to reset the manager acocunt password?

I lost the manager account password in app. Is there anyway to reset it?

Go to cloud website to reset the password of the manager account.
https://www.tplinkcloud.com/forgotpassword.php
After that, try to access the Deco app via the manager account with new password.

I can reset passwod as your said (by Forgot password). But I cannot change the password in the app (a kind of lockscreen password).

The picture attached is the owner account; if you want to change the password of the owner account, enter the original password first and then you will be able to set a new password for it.
