Model: Deco M5  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.6

One of the three m5's is not updating... i spent the last hour going through to support and managed to get the document describing the process. I already have the latest firmware downloaded locally but the doc references this upgrade_GDPR app.. that doesn't seem to be anywhere on the site!? 

 

any one have a link?

So one of the three Deco M5 failed to upgrade the firmware? 

 

Try to connect it to the main Deco by wired cable and then upgrade it, and you can configure it as the main Deco and connect it to the modem directly to do that. Instruction as below:

Besides, you can login to the web UI of the Deco M5 to upload the latest firmware to update it. 

 

What is the GDPR app you mentioned? Where did you see this doc? Can you show us a link of it?
