Archer C7 RE450

I'm triyng to connect the Archer C7 V4 with the extender RE450 V2. Only the 2.4GHz light is on. In the setting on the RE450 , it shows no 5GHz signal for the Archer C7 but in the setting of the Archer both signals are good and tested. Both systems have the latest firmware.

When you configure the RE450 on the web UI, can it detect the 5GHz of the Archer C7?
Try to move them closer to each other and adjust the wireless settings of the 5GHz on C7, like the wireless channel and network name.
And please ensure that the firmware of RE450 is up to date.

Thanks for your advice.
I configured the RE450 on the web UI, (I tried manuel and auto install) and it did show the 5GHz of the Archer C7 to select but when saving the configuration, no MAC address and no status for the 5GHz. I moved them closer to each other, I did change the wireless channel and network name, but still the same result. Both firmwares (Archer and RE450)are up to date

That is a little weird, after you finished the configuration, please login to the web UI of the RE450 and show us a screenshot of the Settings-status page.
And what is the current hardware and firmware version of the two devices (Archer C7 and RE450)?
