when tried to update to new firmware the response is: " unable to download the firmware file "

It shows it is having an update version: 1.2.0 Build 20191014 rel.33289 , when tried the response is: " unable to download the firmare file ". Tried from windows laptop and apple ipad. Both did not work!

@Neel Hello,
ArcherC6v2_eu-up-ver1-0-1-P1[20180627-rel42764].bin is shown as invalid... The present SW is written in 2019.
Thus I could not upgrade. Also noticed this firmware version could be some thing which is older(from name). Is it so?

@Kevin_Z Thank you, I tried this file as well: " ArcherC6v2_eu-up-ver1-0-1-P1[20180627-rel42764].bin , this too shown like unable to download firmaware file. May be the new hardware is having some issue.
