Model: Deco M4
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20190620 Rel. 45372

I upgraded the speed on my internet connection from 40/40 to 50/50. My routers will not accept the new speed. If I reboot the main router, I get 50/50 a short while. But then it falls to 40/40 again. Anyone else seen this ? And what is the solution ?

@TomKling

How many Deco M4 do you have? What is the current network diagram also?

With PC--main Deco M4--modem connected, what is the speed the PC can get from the Deco by wired cable directly? Please click here to check the wired negotiation speed.

Note: Steps are the same, while you need click ethernet connection.

Try to change another ethernet cable or another device to test the speed.

Besides, you can swap the locations of the Deco nodes.

Any updates, please let me know.
