I new buy the C5400X, but after setting, everything connection done, the Led lamp at center no light,is that setting problem?

The led off means that the power is off or the LED is turned off. 

 

On the back panel, there is a LED control button, try to press it and verify whether the led at center comes on. 

 

Still the same, you can hard reset it by holding the reset hole for 10s with Archer C5400x powered on. And in this way, you need reconfigure the router.
