I am new owner of adapter TP-link UE300. I bought it because of it is said that its speed should reach 1Gbs but I can reach only 100mbs. I know that problem isint with cable because i checked it on other PC. Anyone knows where can i look for solution? Thank you!

Try to change another ethernet cable, like cat5e or above to give it a go.

You can change another ethernet cable to give it a go at first. Then we can narrow it down and find the root cause to fix it.
