Model: Deco M9 Plus
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.10

I can't use GuestNW on Bridge-mode.

GusetNW is only Router-mode?

Is there anyone who use GuestNW on Bridge-mode?

I think , GuestNW allow only Internet access, ban to access LAN .

Am I wrong?

Now, my DecoNW  is enable  GuestNW on Router-mode.

I join MainSSID, I can access LAN.

But I join GuestSSID, I can access LAN too.

What is the difference between GuestNW and MainNW?

@shuzo

Do you mean access point by saying bridge mode? What is the current network diagram?

For your information, the guest network is available in access point mode; while the guest network is separated from main network in router mode only now.

But there is a plan to add this feature in AP mode; you can keep an eye on official website or Deco app for more updates.

Good day.

Yes

Now I selected router mode

My guest network is not separated from main network in router mode

I can access the device on main network via guest network.

Why?

OK

Thanks

Thanks for your reply.

Theoretically, the main network and guest network are separate from each other in router mode.

You can connect two devices to the main network and guest network, and then get their IP addresses via https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/838/

Then try to ping each other and show us the ping results.

Good day.
