Hello, from the picture, the extender failed to connect to the main router.

Try to locate them 3 meters away from each other and reset the RE650 by holding the reset hole for 1s with it powered on.

Then please follow the instructions below:

Note: Please use the main router's wifi password to configure it.

Still the same, please tell us the current firmware version of RE650 and the model number of main router.
