Hi,

 

I have a

 

  • TP link Router Archer C2300 type version: 2.0.3 20180810 Rel 62903 with up to date 
  • Tp link RE650 (brand new) AC2600

 

 

I do all steps as described in the manual

 

But every 30-45 minutens the internet is going down for my laptop (windows 10) and sometimes also for my iphone.

 

I dit allready all the FAQ like reset, lokation and set  channel (48 5GHz)

 

 

But still the sma isseu.

 

What can i do more?

Please give me the below details so that we can do more troubleshooting.


a. What's the light status of the RE650 and main router when the extender stops working?

b. Can other devices get internet from the C2300 and the RE650 when your Windows 10 PC stops working?

c. Please connect your computer to the RE650directly when the connections drop out. And please check the IP address, default gateway and DNS server as the below instruction.

d. At that time, please connect your computer to the main router directly and test the IP, default gateway and DNS too.

e. How far away between the extender and main router And what's the wifi signal strength?
