Back to your case, RE305 is included on the compatibility list but no firmware supporting Onemesh feature yet.

If you want to use the onemesh feature, you can order a range extender which supports it already, like RE300, RE205.

I understand that it's not supported yet on RE305. My question is different - what is the ETA for releasing firmware update which will enable one mesh on this expender? Coming soon suggests that this device will be eventually supportes.

I have a couple of re305 v1.0 and I would like to have one mesh , when is the firmware going to be releasedfor the HWV1.0 or please let me know if I can upgrade to V3.0

Sorry to tell you that the hardware version cannot be upgraded.
And from the compatibility list of Onemesh feature, the RE305 V1 is not included, so I'm afraid that there is no plan to release firmware supporting this feature yet. For further updates, you can keep an eye on the official website.
