I want to make a separate admin account and separate wifi network for admins and separate user login for setting tplink router and separate wifi network for users . Just like as in mobile broadband devices / cpe / etc.. how to do it in tplink router....

Hello, there is only one account to login to the web UI, you can access the web UI and go to system tools-password page to create a new one. 

 

Similarly, you can customize the wireless settings under wireless-wireless settings page, cause the TL-WR840N is a single band router, it supports 2.4GHz only; if you want to create a separate wifi for users, you can enable guest network to satisfy your needs.
