Hi:

If I connect the 3G USB dongle to my laptop directly, then I am able to connect to the Internet. But if I connect the 3G USB dongle to the TL-MR3020 router, then it is not connecting to the Internet. This problem started happening for the last 1 week only. Before that everything was working properly. What could be the problem? How to troubleshoot further?

Details:

Service Provider: Tata Docomo
USB 3G Dongle: MF631 HSUPA
Router Device: TL-MR3020

Can you post the system log of the router here?
BTW, are you in India? Have you double check dial NO. , APN . etc with Tata Docomo?

when i connect to my tata docomo 3G device and i made it power on.
after that my laptop is able to detect the TP MR 3020 but when i press connect option it is asking for the security key as my tatadocomo doesnt have any security key.
So is some one please help me how to processed further pease

I use this for my internet marketing mentor controlling, i haven't any problem in this 3G modem. Just thanks to IP-Link.
