TL-WR840N Hang When i am plug in power adopter

I am using Wifi Router Model ''TL-WR840N'' Hang When i am plug in power adopter and i am trying to reset but it's not happen. and all LED ig glowing continusely so please help what can i do.
Note: I don't know what is the Hardware Version and Firmware Version becouse i can't access router through consol so please help ASAP.

Hello, please use the original power adapter; then try to reboot the router and reset it again by holding the reset button/hole for 10s with the TL-WR840N turned on.
May I know was there any power outage or firmware upgrading before the router stops working?
Besides, you can find the hardware version on the back of the actual device.

I am using original power adopter for this router. And no any power outage in this router and i am not upgrading any firmwareon this device so please help to resolve my issue ASAP.
