The speed is limited by the bandwidth you paid, the modem, and the actual network environment.
You can compare the speed you get with the bandwidth you paid to verify whether it is normal; otherwise, you can adjust the wireless settings to optimize the wifi performance.
And you can relocate the router and its antenna to give it a go.
