I've had enough of the complaints from my wife and daughter about how bad the wifi is since I installed the P9s, so I've decided to bit the bullet and return them to Amazon.
Is there a way to factory reset them before I send them back?
Thanks,
Mark

Hello Mark, sorry for the inconvenience caused here.
You can hold the reset button for 1s with the Deco P9 powered on to reset it.
Hope we have the opportunity to work with you again in the near future.
