Deco M4R V1 not connect to web interface managment

Hello,
I have bought this package:

I download the Iphone APP and setup it via the app also I have tried to update to last firmware .
My Current Settings: ( Router Mode )
The last firmware that I have :
Deco M4R V1 ,
Firmware Version:
1.0.6 Build 20181203 Rel. 38849
I have tried anything to get the web page interface to access advanced settings without any success.
I wish that someone can help me with this ,

I can't setting 5GHZ seperate to 2.4GHZ from the app ,
How could I update the device manually that enable Web Managment interface GUI ?

Hello, for your information, the 2.4GHz and 5GHz share the same network name and password to build the mesh network. There is no option to make them separate from each other; and there is no such option available on the web interface either.
Instead, the web UI is mainly used to update the firmware manually and check the network settings.
What is the country version of your Deco M4R? The current firmware is not the latest one. The latest one is 190620.

Besides, you can unplug the Deco M3W and verify whether you can access the web page after firmware upgrade.

I am from israel but the item buy from USA .
When I plug to my software on Iphone and check update this say this is the last firmware .
How could I update manually to the last firmware ?

The current firmware does not support web UI yet, therefore we cannot update the firmware via the web UI directly.
Try to unplug the Deco M3W and turn on the Deco M4R only and then login to the Deco app and verify whether it can detect the firmware upgrade.
Still the same, you can switch the timezone on your cellphone to US temporarily and see whether it works.

I have tried to change Region on my iphone to USA and not success , Could you have any idea how the app get that it need to update
the firmware or other method without app ?
Another question , if I will use the M4R as Router WiFi only without M3 Mesh others devices , Could I Enable only 5GHZ ? ( Without 2.4GHZ )
