Hi,

Wondered if you could help me understand why my Wi-Fi transfer speed has reduced ?

Initially I was downloading at 720Mbps stood next to the hub, but now only 500Mbps. Both on the 5ghz channel and I have factory reset but not fixed it.

Thanks

@Jack.Strong

What is the bandwidth paid for your ISP?

Is transfer speed the actual speed you can get from the Archer C5400?

With computer connected to the Archer C5400 directly, please go to speedtest® to verify the speed you can get by wired cable and wireless separately.

Please check the wired/wireless negotiation speed at the same time; here is the instruction: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2265/

Note: The steps are the same, to get wired negotiation speed, you need click ethernet connection.

Besides, have you ever enabled QoS?

Good day.
