Hey Everyone,

bought the AX6000 a few weeks back and it works great but im noticing something a little odd with the wireless.

 

Approximatley weekly the router tells alls clients attempting to connect to it that the password is incorrect. All existing clients and new clients its says the password is incorrect and nothing can connect. After the router is simply rebooted, no changes at all, everything is fine. 

 

Is this happening to anyone else? is there maybe a setting i have in place thats possibly causing this?

Hello, with the incorrect password message pops up, what is the led status of the Archer AX6000? 

 

Can you get internet from it by wired cable connected? 

 

Try to customize the wireless settings to give it a go as well. For example, you can change the wireless channel and wireless password. 

 

Besides, please ensure that the firmware is up to date.

@BennyMitch Same problem here, with the updated firmware. But more frequent than weekly. Driving me nuts
