Hi

 

I would like to ask for your support since I have the Archer AX3000 V.1 Firmware 1.0.0 Build 20190724 rel.39445 (5553), which has had an erratic operation.

 

Which can work properly for hours and days, and sometimes after 15 minutes of use it freezes until I have to restart it.

Sometimes my mobile devices do not recognize the password, if I try to connect a new mobile device, it does not recognize this with the 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz network.

 

Other times when I am on the desktop computer with ethernet, the router stops responding completely and I cannot reach it by connecting another computer on LAN. until I have to restart it.

 

I currently have it as a router, but I have also tried to use it as an AP. and behaves the same way.

I have installed the recommended firmware since Thursday, January 16, 2020, and in these two days none of the symptoms mentioned have been presented.

 

I will continue monitoring it but it seems that this firmware is the solution.

Good day I think I spoke very soon, today the same fault and behavior reappeared at 4:24 am the router was completely blocked and I was not allowed access via LAN, or Wifi 2.4 or 5ghz the password was incorrect. I had to restart it to restore the service.
