Hi, I want to update the firmware but I only have 2 options available in the configuration screen of my router. What I can do?

Hello, please clear the browser cache first and try to change another web browser or another device to log into the web UI.

Besides, you can hard reset it and access the web UI to verify whether you can see other options.
