Hi, hoping someone can help, i have purchased a Deco m4 set. I have done the initial set up to my Virgin Media Hub 3.0. However as soon as i turn the hub into modem mode it stops giving any internet comnection via the ethernet cable. I have only the one cable connected to the main node. Please help before i send it all back!

Hello, after you switched the Virgin Media hub to modem mode only, you need change the internet connection type of Deco M4 also.

 

You can login to the Deco app and go to More-Advance-IPV4 page to change it and configure it with the iinternet parameters given by ISP to make it work.
