Deco M5 not finding Phillips Hue bridge
Hi,
I have an issue whereby my deco M5 cannot seem to find my phillips hue hub.
The hue hub is directly cabled to one of the ports of the Deco, but when I use the deco App to add a 'Smart Device' it searches and then comes back with "No Device Found".
The hue hub and deco are functioning separately OK.
The Deco is in Access Point mode.
Is there anything else I can try? I'd like to play with the automation features.
Thanks
Andy

Hi, sorry that I didn't notice your issue report, make sure you are tagging a TP-Link Admin if you want a timely response. Unless we are tagged we do not see that new responses have been added. We do not subscribe to every thread so rely on Tagging to ensure responses.
Please update your Deco system to the latest first as you can see StefanH_81 solved his issue by doing that.
Thanks.

Hi, your current firmware is quite old, please try to upgrade the firmware to the latest first, if you cannot detect the new firmware on the Deco app, please upgrade it via the web GUI:

Hello, may I know your Deco system layout? Are there any other Deco devices in the same network? Ensure all are up-to-date.
BTW, just to confirm, what is the OS version of your phone and what is the Deco app version?
We will soon investigate into this and get back to you.

Two Decos, the Hue's are in the living room where Deco is cable connected to my router. Wifi&Internet works just fine. 2smart TV's, wifi vacuum, and 3 computers work well with Decos. Also tried router mode, no difference. If I connect hue directly to the router, no problem. Iphone sw verion14.1 Deco sw 2.3.12.

Three m9 Plus (v2), up to date
Problem was already present when it was only the m9, persisted after upgrade.

Hello, we understand that. Can you please tell us if the Deco is working as a router or an access point? What if you change to the other working mode, will you be able to save the settings?
As mentioned earlier, please ensure the Philips Hue bridge and app are also up-to-date.
BTW, what is the phone model and OS version?
