Hello experts,

I have several problems with my Archer VR2800 and my new vDSL (FTTC): it often doesn't allow me to navigate the web (I can reach my router, even from outside the network, onlyn useing my static IP).

My provider Fastweb.it tells me that it is due to my modem that does not support the 35b protocol ... but some times the connection still works well.

I would like to understand if the problem is actually attributable to the absence of this protocol, or if it is an operator pretext.
