Hello everyone,

HP 820 Workstation

Win 10 Pro

Latest Software Drivers installed

Device Manager shows Stick as properly working

I can see networks and handy hotspots but the stick does not connect with it..

I tried several USB ports and read all available docs on the matter but had no luck getting it to work. I am running out of ideas here..

I would appreciate any help...

can i return the stick if it refuses to work?

all the best, philipp

@iamjaden

hello Philipp, please ensure that the wifi password is correct.

If it is the wifi password of main router but failed to connect to it, please change the wireless settings of the main router to give it a go. Like wireless channel, channel width.

May it help.
