How to turn off DHCP in re200 V3 access point mode?

I have some AV600 v4s doing the same thing and I just fixed it for one of our clients on the RE200 with this firmware. Sure make Auto the default but don't refuse to give people the option to choose...

AV600 Powerline adapter is of a different product line and does not have the option to turn off DHCP, here is related thread with troubleshooting suggestions:
