Which Time server device is querying for sync ?

Model: RE200
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.8 Build 20181113 Rel. 36494

our network is restricted from syncing to external NTP servers, but there is local NTP server. How to make RE200 sync from local server ? perhaps create fake host in local DNS ?

@sam9 As far as I know, RE200 doesn't support to set own NTP server. The restriction makes the time syn impossible. But why the restriction?

@sam9

Hello, the RE200 has the built-in NTP server, and it does not support setup NTP server manually.

May I know does it affect the actual performance of the RE200?

Good day.

My problem is that RE200 has incorrect time and can not sync it - as result, schedule for WI-Fi does not work. So I need to know where RE200 is obtaining time? (which time server name is it trying to conatct ?) I want to emulate required server name in local DNS, so need to know its name

@sam9

Hello, could you please show us a screenshot of the time settings page on the RE200?

In the meantime, what is the accurate time?

Good day.

@Kevin_Z my Time option attached. As I understand, at reboot it is resetting time on 1/1/2018. I just need to know simple answer - which server is it querying for time source?
