@Touceda Hi, you can try to manually set up DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 in the DHCP module(Advanced>>Network>>LAN settings>>DHCP server).

By the way, how often the issue happens? Can you get a stable connection when you use the same SIM card on the phone directly? Do you have other SIM card can be test on this router?

Finally, please help to get the system log and the Status page when you lost the internet.

@Marcia.Zhang

Hi, thanks for your quick response.

It happens the same several times on the same day. I have tested the SIM on the phone and it remains stable without any fall. I have tried with a movistar sim that I have on another router and the same thing happens, which on your router does not drop the connection.

I enclose the current configuration that I have in DHCP:

I attach a txt with the log.

Thank you very much for your help. Let's see if we can find a solution.

@Kevin_Z

Hi.

I have the exact same problem, although it seems to be most prevalent when more than 5 WiFi devices are connected.

I downloaded the latest firmware version provided on the support page, which turned out to be older than the the firmware that the device had loaded at purchase - however, the same problem persists with both.

Currently:

I am wondering if I can also get this new firmware for my device? TL-MR6400 v4 (South Africa)

BTW - when I use the web interface to look for online firmware upgrade, it always says my firmware is up to date, even though I have loaded an older firmware .... ?
