Can connect with the wifi but not with the internet

So i had the tp-link TL-WN823N for a half year now, but since yesterday i can only connect with the wifi but have no internet connnection. I tried erverything, restarted the router, plug the adapter into an other port and reinstalling the drive for it. The wifi works fine on my phone so pls help

What is the hardware version of the TL-WN823N? Here is the instruction to get it: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/46/
What about the operating system of your computer?
With your PC connected to the wifi, please click here to get the IP address and gateway. Try to ping the gateway of the main router and show us the results.

I called my internet provider, they said something was wrong with my net Filter or something. Then it got fixed without any visit at my home
