Hello, what is the model number of your TP-Link device? And what is the hardware version? You can find them on the back of the actual device. 

 

Meanwhile, from the error message, the current account is not bound to your device; you can log into the web UI of this router and go to basic-TP-Link cloud page to verify which account has been bound. If possible, you can show us a screenshot of it.
