@Kevin_Z

et @Symptomatic  ,

Where did you find the Negociation Speed on the webUI page ?

I can't find this step :Login to the web UI of the Archer C6 and go to the Basic-Network map page, click the Archer C6 image/icon and scroll down this page, you will see the ethernet negotiation speed of the LAN ports, show us the screenshot.

Could you show me on screenshoot where I can find it ?

Thanks

@Kevin_Z

Thanks,

I found it on my archer C6, but I also have an Archer C1200 (https://www.tp-link.com/fr/home-networking/wifi-router/archer-c1200/), and I can't find the Ethernet Speed when I click on the Router image :

Is it possible to have the same thing for the Archer C1200 ?

Thanks

Hello all,

I'm with the same problem.

When I connect my cable directly to my Modem I get a Gigabit connection, when I put the cable in the C6 router I get only a 100mbs connection.

The cable between the modem and the router is a cat5e, and when I use the wifi of the C6 I get 200mbs.

Windows shows the same:

And yes, I configured the system parameters in duplex section to 1000Mbps full duplex

@Joao_Hutner

Hello,

Have you tried to change another wired device with gigabit ethernet ports to do a test?

Please tell us the brand and model number of the gigabit ethernet adapter on that PC, we will check and investigate further.

Thanks.

Hello, below is some tips I searched online for you, try to check the model and driver of your wired adapter on the computers, we will then help figure it out:

@Symptomatic  I'm having same issue.....1000mbs on  Internet Port and 100mbs on Lan Port. I've tried different ports and cables to no resolve. I'm using mine as an access point and can't find any duplex settings on the UI page. Do I need to go back to regular router settings to access these duplex settings? And then set back to access point? Any input would be much appreciated

@LeeCanuck

Hello, may I know what kind of device is connecting to the C6 via cable? Have you tried with different devices?

You may try to switch it to router mode and change the negotiation speed for the LAN port, then switch it back to AP mode again, then confirm if the speed is normal.
