Hi there!

We have 4 TP-link WR840N router here and 12-19 people use each (Note that only one smartphone per person is allowed to connect). We have regurarly problems with internet and it usually crashes or drops randomly people. Our internet provider said it should work, but due to permanents problems I am starting to doubt. I assume the reason can be that these routers are not able to handle this amount of people. Am I right or there can be any other reason behind this?
If so, how many devices can a WR840N router handle safely?

@kekszallo

What is the current network diagram? How do you connect these TL-WR840Ns?

Do they locate in the same network?

Generally speaking, to ensure the performance, it is suggested to connect 15 devices to this router.

Good day.
