Firmware Version : V7

ISP : GVT

Hi;

I have a TD 8816, that was with v3.1 firmware working so well, and i decide to make na update to v7, but when i finished all the process, my modem stopped to work, only the light power is turned on, what can i do? Is it any way to re-flash or return to the old configuration?

Maybe you can reset the modem in this way:
1) Turn off the device.
2) Use a pin to keep pressing the reset button for 15 seconds, and at the same time, power on the device.

After you reset the modem, if still only the power light can be on, I'm afraid that the modem is broken.

Actually, firmware version for different hardware version is different. Firmware version for V7 cannot be used on V3. Wrong firmware upgrading may damage the device and void the warranty.
