Model: Adapter
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version:

I bought a tp-link wifi extender, (don't remember the name but it has 4 antennas), and after a few days I started having a problem:

sometimes the internet might stop working even if the main modem is alright and I have to disconnect and reconnect which doesn't take much but disrupts me awhile playing or speaking with someone... can I do anything to make the extender work without that problem?

*It is a etender not an adaptor, i just dont remember the name and it is white and plug it in the socket, 4 antennas*

@no.one

Please tell us the model number of your device first. You can find it on the back of the actual device.

Besides, what is the led status of this device when it stops working? Can you get internet from it by wired cable at that time?

Thanks a lot.
