[Feature Request] [TL-WR902AC] WPA2 Enterprise PEAP MSCHAPv2 support for WISP client
Hello,
I'm contacting you to request a new feature for TL-WR902AC.
Most WISP are migrating from classical open SSID with webportal authentication to an SSID protected by WPA2 Enterprise with PEAP MSCHAPv2 authentication method that require username/password. It is the case of the WISP provider in my country, however as you know TL-WR902AC doesn't support WPA2 Enterprise for WISP client mode.
It would be very nice if you could integrate this in a new firmware release, there are also other people on the forum that requested this feature.
Actually I'm not asking for the integration of all dot1x authentication methods like EAP-TLS etc, only PEAP MSCHAPv2 would already be a very good enhancement!
Thanks in advance,
Regards,
Flo

Hello, I also need
PEAP/MSCHAPv2 Method for the plug Tapo P100
for the connection to WLAN I need to put in the username and the password.
I already installed the latest firmware.
When will this be possible, otherwise I will not be able to use the plug.
Best Regards
Volker

Hello Kevin,
I bought this router this week. Mainly to reach hotspots when I am out of home.
I have the same problem as Flo, Martin, Volker and many others (I suppose).
The router is announced to have a hotspot router mode.
Today hotspots are not reachable in the current firmware.
Would be nice to have the feature that is asked for.
Many thanks
Kind regards
Bert

@flo1611 any update on this request? I also need this feature on this device. I was surprised I could only use a PSK.

I also own multiple devices. WPA2-EAP would be a great feature for future firmware!
