VR400 web-gui not loading!

Really stuck. Cannot get to the web gui.. it loads but shows 6 fields for test entry, all forms are messed up, no css seems to be present.
tried on different machines, browsers and getting no where.. I cannot reset the device as im remote.. all i get:

Hi,
Please clear the browser cache and try to login again. Can you login to the modem remotely before?
Are you able to reboot the modem or login to the modem in LAN and send us the remote management page settings page? Do you know the modem's hardware version and firmware version?

Cache is not the issue.. As I said I have tried on several machines.
Not needed remote until now.
As mentioned Im not in the office to try locally.
Can't get firmware either as I can't log on..

Tried IP rather than FQDN and it works!! so this is a bug!

Would you please send us the DDNS settings page for further analysis? And also the Advanced--Status page. What's your port number?
