sim card is not detected
Hi,
my archer doesn't detected my sim card,
I changed already my card for a new one, but nothing changed.
I did also a reset but still doesn't work,
can you help me?

To solve your problem quickly, you can contact the retailer or the local tech support to get a replacement first. And then you can verify whether it works well with the second unit.

Hello, what is the network type of the sim card? Please ensure that it is compatible with the MR600.
Does it work well with your cellphone? Can it be detected?
With it inserted into the SIM card slot of MR600, please show me a screenshot of the advanced-status page after you logged into the web UI.

Hi kevin,
This morning, I tried my sim card in another (old) router 3/4 G , and it worked. So, I followed your advice, and went to the shop and I got a new one....it works... never thought that a new one, wasn't tested. Finaly everything ok, but it took me a lot of time...to much time. Thanks for your deduction😉
