I bought a new wifi router, Archer C6, for my internet speed increased to 500mbps. So, wifi is working ok, with ookla speedtest showing 480+ download and 400+ upload on 5g connection. But on cable, the speedtest shows quite the same speed but in the end give me an socket error. Also, when downloading, on wifi the rate speed is constant at 26+MB/sec while on cable, though showing at times speed rate of 50+MB/sec, it actually doesn`t download at all most of time. It is like connection gets blocked. Even gmail loads in seconds (10+ at times) or small attachments like documents of 10kb download in more than 10 seconds. Hope I explained well enough. I tried 2 different cables, on all 4 ports at the back of the router. But my old router never did this.

Are there any solutions? It is a settings issue or a defective product?
