Just bought this new AX11000 router but unable to connect to internet, the new router light red. I am using singnet, no problem with my singnet router. Please assist

What is the internet connection type? If it is PPPoE, please ensure that the username and password given by ISP are correct. And you can contact them whether the IPTV settings need to be enabled. 

 

You can connect your computer to the modem directly, bypass the Archer AX11000 and setup the broadband connection on the laptop itself. Below is the instruction:

Note: If the computer works fine, you can connect it back to the AX11000 by wired cable and log into the web UI to clone the MAC address. 

 

But if it does not work, you need to contact ISP to confirm the configuration parameters again.
